Breathwork is a conscious active way of breathing to quiet down the mind to access the emotional body. During a session, I use a technique taught by Davis Elliot to open the heart. It is a very efficient way to access and move frozen or stuck energy in the body and to release them. For meditation or somatic pain release I use a quieter technique that I have been practicing for decades. I have been passionate about breathing for the past 30 years. I used it to control and learn about my anxiety, to fall asleep into a deeper state, to give birth (that is right, it can alleviate pain to that level very efficiently) to release my somatic pain, to meditate and to push my endurance.
